On May 23, Tsinglan Technology successfully concluded its showcase at the 2025 China International Senior Services Expo (CISSE) in Beijing. The company’s AI Care Sensor 2.0 emerged as a standout innovation, capturing widespread media attention and sparking a decent number of on-site partnership signings, marking as a huge successful event for this year’s premier elderly care industry - CISSE.
Tsinglan AI Care Sensor 2.0 revolutionizes elderly care through its integrated "AI Radar + AI SOS Genie" system, delivering a comprehensive "Early Warning → Verification → Emergency Response" cycle. This advanced solution supports multi-functional monitoring while integrating large language models for intelligent dialogue and dual-mode emergency alerts (automatic & active triggering), significantly enhancing both safety and emotional companionship for seniors.
During the expo, CCTV’s senior-focused program Sunset Glow visited Tsinglan’s booth to experience the unobtrusive yet powerful monitoring capabilities covering safety, health management, and emotional support. The system’s technical excellence was demonstrated in real-world expo conditions: Tsinglan’s AI mmWave radar maintains industry-leading precision across wide coverage areas, while the AI SOS Genie delivers clear voice communication within 3-6 meters, with multi-modal recognition unaffected by ambient noise.
Tsinglan secured strategic partnerships with multiple leading nursing institutions, community service centers, and smart healthcare platforms. One partner executive emphasized: "Tsinglan’s solution outperforms competitors through its open architecture, cost-effective deployment, and truly comprehensive monitoring – directly solving critical pain points in our caregiving operations."
Tinglan is collaborating with ecosystem partners to develop the "5-Minute Emergency Response Network," establishing end-to-end service management from detection→alerting→medical intervention. When the AI radar detects abnormalities, it instantly alerts caregivers/service centers and initiates two-way voice confirmation via the SOS Genie. Upon verifying medical emergencies, the system automatically dispatches alerts to emergency platforms, enabling precise intervention.
Looking ahead, Tsinglan will expand this initiative into the "15-Minute Elderly Care Service Circle" to integrate resources and deliver precision monitoring with holistic smart care solutions for home-based, community, and institutional elderly care scenarios.
