After-sales service regulations

 

1. Basic regulations


 

1. According to the relevant national regulations, this product enjoys the "three guarantees" service, that is, within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair; If there is a fault, consumers can choose to exchange or repair it; within 1 year from the date of sale, if the fault is caused by the quality of the product itself under normal use, the after-sales service center will be responsible for free repair or replacement of parts.

 

2. If the product fails, please contact the customer service hotline.

 

3. If you have needs beyond the standard "Three Guarantees" service for the purchased products, please call the customer service hotline for consultation.

 

 

2. Specific regulations


 

1. The user should keep this warranty card and the formal invoice issued by the authorized dealer when purchasing the machine properly. The user must present the above certificates as a basis when returning, exchanging or repairing the product.

 

2. The validity period of the three guarantees of the product is calculated from the date of issuing the invoice.

 

3. The warranty contents are as follows:

    1-year warranty for the whole machine; 3-year warranty for main components (motor); 1-year warranty for power adapter, display screen, light, navigation box, and casing;

 

4. The parts repaired and replaced during the warranty period belong to the after-sales service center.

 

5. According to the principle of "whoever sells is responsible", if your product is purchased within 15 days or less, please contact the seller you purchased (online shop, specialty store, etc.) to apply for return/replacement service. If you need to repair the product or purchase accessories, please contact customer service for consultation.

 

 

3. Exceptions


The following situations do not belong to the scope of free "three guarantees", but the after-sales service center can still provide maintenance and repair for a fee.

 

1. The user fails to provide a valid invoice and warranty card, or the product model on the invoice and warranty card does not match the model of the product sent for repair.

 

2. Daily cleaning or daily maintenance of the product.

 

3. Replace consumables (such as cleaning tools, cleaning cloths, etc.).

 

4. Malfunction or damage caused by wrong installation, operation and maintenance.

 

5. The product is used in violation of the instruction manual, including but not limited to: failure or damage caused by not using it in the specified working environment.

 

6. Failure or damage caused by improper storage (such as rodent infestation, liquid infiltration, etc.).

 

7. Faults or damages caused by disassembly, maintenance and modification by professionals not authorized by the after-sales service center.

 

8. Failure or damage caused by accidents, natural disasters or irresistible factors.

 

9. Failure or damage caused by improper packaging or improper handling during the repair process.

 

10. Extreme or external factors beyond the control of this product include but are not limited to: power failure, fluctuation or interruption in your home, network server, wireless network or Bluetooth connection failure, weak signal and/or unstable wireless signal strength.

 

 

4. Special Tips


 

1. The above terms stipulate all the responsibilities of this product and its authorized distributors for the product, and replace all other express and implied warranties and other responsibilities. If the applicable laws of the country clearly stipulate otherwise, this product and its authorized distributors will comply with the law.

 

2. For any direct or indirect loss caused by the failure of the user to use the product for any reason, the product and its authorized dealers will only bear the responsibilities required by applicable laws.

 

3. The geographical scope of the "Three Guarantees" service is the mainland of the People's Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan.

 

4. The authorized after-sales service center of this product is 60, Block A, Wanhai Building, Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (please do not send it directly for repair without contacting the customer service center to confirm the fault)
